This 5-day intensive course with Maestro Diane Wittry takes place in New York City, the USA capital of orchestral music, and includes a visit to a New York Philharmonic rehearsal and guest lectures from artist managers and staff of the Metropolitan Opera and American Ballet Theater. Dr. Silas Huff, Director of Orchestras at Northern Illinois University, will be assisting and leading focused sessions.
